“THE PERFECT DAY” by TIP AND TRIPS
At Tip and Trips we want you to enjoy Tenerife, its gastronomy, its culture, but also all the possibilities that every corner of the island has to offer. That’s why we offer you “The perfect day”, depending on the timetable you choose. If you have any questions, write to us!
What to do after the activity?
We recommend going to Garachico, a town that was resurrected after the volcano. In the 15th century it was one of the main ports of the island, in fact it was considered the entrance of the island. After the eruption of May 5, 1706, the town was destroyed by lava, but in the Plaza de Juan González de la Torre you can visit where the port used to be located and how the island has grown since then. You can also take another swim in the natural pools called “El Caletón” or have a typical Gofio ice cream. If you feel like eating fish go to La Perla and delight yourself with its great variety and fresh fish.
You can also visit other nearby towns such as Los Silos, Buenavista del Norte or El Tanque. About 40 minutes by car you can go to Punta de Teno, but we recommend you to consult the schedules because there is a fence where the access to private vehicles is not allowed.
