Why do bike tours in tenerife?
The island can be explored in many ways, all of them equally special and different. One of them is to go on guided bike tours in Tenerife. Cycling through the chinyero , accompanied by our guide so that you don’t miss anything, is a must-do. Along its 24 kilometres you will be able to enjoy the volcanic lava flows, as well as a different view of the Teide. Cycling around the Chinyero volcano is a different experience!
What part of the island will we visit?
The Chinyero volcano is located between the municipalities of Santiago del Teide, El Tanque and Garachico. An incredible place where you can ride your bike between volcanic lava flows. It is a circular route where you can see emblematic trees such as the Canary Island pine and its combination with the lava.

What to bring on board?
Sun cream, sunglasses, cap and comfortable clothes for pedalling. We also recommend bringing something to eat.

What to do after mountain bike tours tenerife?
After cycling through the Chinyero you can go to the natural pools of Alcalá to cool off. There you will find both natural pools and puddles, as well as wonderful views. If you come back from the volcano hungry, you can enjoy a delicious Italian meal at Sauco on the seafront. To watch the sunset we recommend you go to Coqueluche Club or Le Club on the beach with the island of La Gomera as a backdrop.
