Off the Road

We leave Arona and continue to Vilaflor. We continue and reach the vicinity of the forest crown through the dirt roads. On this excursion we will drive for about 90 minutes on these roads. It is necessary to be familiar with off-road vehicles, we guarantee fun and adrenaline! The duration is 3 hours

Teide Tour

We will leave Arona, pass through Escalona (at an altitude of 1,000 metres), continue through Vilaflor until we reach the base of the Teide, at an altitude of 2,100 metres. During these four hours we will make different stops to take photos and enjoy the wonderful views that this route offers. It is also suitable both for driving and as a passenger. The duration is 4 hours

Vilaflor

• It is 1500 metres above sea level.
• In Vilaflor de Chasna the first Canarian saint was born in 1626, the evangelizer of Guatemala, Santo Hermano Pedro.
• The first hotel in the south of the island, Hotel Vilaflor, was built here in the 16th century.

Corona Forestal Teide

• This is a protected area.
• It ranges from 300 metres to 2718 metres above sea level.
• It is the head of most of the island’s ravines.
• We can still find pastoral shelters, burial caves and different sites.

What to do before and after quad biking Tenerife?

El Médano has many possibilities. It is only 40 minutes away by car. You can wander through the narrow streets and go into some of the local shops or visit the countlessbeaches. We recommend you to take a swim in the Tejita. If you feel like surfing, kitesurfing, windsurfing or cycling, this is also an  option. You can also climb Montaña Roja, (it takes half an hour) where you can see different coves and part of the south of Tenerife, but also the peak of Teide.

You will also find all kinds of places to eat, from the typical fish restaurants overlooking the sea (Varadero Viejo) to ice cream (Heladería Picacho), Italian food (La Tartaruga) or cocktails (Calima Café).

After the quad bike ride end the day watching the sunset. You can go and relax at the Roca Negra Sunset Club to enjoy the last rays of the sun while you contemplate the landscape and have a drink, how does that sound?
