Why Kayaking and snorkelling in Los Gigantes?
Kayaking Cliffs of The Giants is an incredible experience. The Los Acantilados de Los Gigantes is one of the most important and impressive natural monuments of the Canary Islands. From its seabed to its more than 600 metres high, it is home to numerous species. In addition, its volcanic formation will make you feel very small. Paddling through these waters, having the cliffs literally at your feet, observing how our islands were formed is a different experience and we are sure that it will not fail to surprise you.
What are we going to do during these two hours do kayak in Tenerife?
The waters are calm so you will have no problem enjoying the scenery while paddling. We are always accompanied by a boat for any kind of mishap. When we get to the testino we will have a swim, enjoy a drink and have our photos taken. Afterwards we will return to Puerto de Los Gigantes.

What to do before or after Kayaking Cliffs of The Giants ?
El Médano has many possibilities. It is only 40 minutes away by car. You can wander through the narrow streets and go into some of the local shops, visit the countless beaches or continue with sports such as surfing, kitesurfing, windsurfing or cycling. You can also climb Montaña Roja (it takes half an hour), where you can see different coves and part of the south of Tenerife, as well as the peak of Teide.
One of the best known places in El Medano is El Chiringuito Pirata, only a few minutes drive away. You can also find all kinds of places to eat, from the typical fish places facing the sea (Varadero Viejo) to ice cream (Heladería Picacho), Italian food (La Tartaruga) or cocktails (Calima Café).
If you take the last turn, we recommend you go to the Roca Negra Sunset Club to enjoy the last rays of the sun while you contemplate the landscape and have a drink, doesn’t that sound good?
