Why fly by helicopter?
If you like adrenaline and unforgettable experiences, flying in a helicopter over Los Gigantes is the activity for you. Flying over part of the island, being able to see up close the layers of lava and how Tenerife has been formed is impressive.
What can we see on the tour?
Let’s take off! First we will see the fishing village of La Caleta. Then we continue to Playa San Juan, which has been awarded the Blue Flag since 2012. We will fly over the large luxury hotels such as the Palacio de Isora or the Abama Hotel with its golf course.
Arriving at Los Gigantes we will be able to enjoy the 600 metre high cliffs, an unforgettable experience in a helicopter. We will then continue through the Corona Forestal of the National Park of Las Cañadas del Teide, a World Heritage Site since 1997 and the highest peak in Spain at 3,718 metres high.
Meeting place
We will meet at the Adeje Heliport. Ten minutes by car from Playa de las Americas.

When do you have to book your flight?
You can book up to 48 hours in advance. We need you to provide us with your ID or Passport. In addition, children under the age of two fly free of charge.
What to take to the helicopter?
It is recommended to wear comfortable clothes and some warm clothes.

The helicopter must be prepared and booked to be ready for the excursion, for that reason this activity is not as flexible as others.
From the time of booking up to 48 hours before your flight, 50% of the amount of the contracted flight will be charged. Less than 48 hours before your flight, you will be charged 100% of the value.

When you’re done in the helicopter over Tenerife yo can do: In less than ten minutes by car you can reach the charming village of La Caleta. There you will find different places to eat. If you fancy a beer and fish Rincón del Varadero is the place for you. You can also go to Salitre, a lovely terrace on the edge of the village.
In La Caleta you can enjoy a dip in the sea or discover the seabed by snorkelling. You can also go to see the cliff of Los Gigantes and have a “barraquito”, a typical Canarian coffee at the viewpoint.If you want to continue discovering the south of Tenerife, we recommend you visit the old town of Guía de Isora, where you can see part of the history of the Canary Islands. Finally, enjoy a sunset on the shores of the Atlantic to round off your perfect day at Roca Negra Sunset Club.
